Juan and his crew were great! They were tasked with installing 17 stitches on cracks extending through our kitchen and foyer. They laid plastic over the floor, furniture and thresholds to other parts of the house to minimize dust. Then they vacuumed right alongside their tools as they chipped away tile and sawed cuts across the cracks. I was particularly concerned about a section of floor at the front door that had heaved. I asked Juan to be sure it was very level there before the stitches went in instead of building up more epoxy to match the level. He gladly leveled it out as I’d asked and made it look great!
