- Once the piers are installed and the structure is lifted, the access holes will be backfilled and the exterior cosmetic repairs completed.

Helical foundation piers are exceptional for lightweight structures such as porches, ornamental walls or columns, while drill and drop pipe piers are designed for areas which may have difficult rock layers that need to be penetrated for additional depth.
