Well, when we go to repair a house, a home, or a business, or anything else that needs repair; it all depends upon a lot of different factors. There’s the factor of weather, which we’ve been in a drought, now we’re in a super wet season. The water certainly can dampen things. It can make things take a lot longer than they should have. There’s problems with scheduling, some jobs run farther along than they should, some move up quicker. There’s a lot of different variables in the length of a job. There’s a lot of hidden, there’s a lot of unknowns that could happen, so we try to always run on schedule. We always try to make room and leave room for some rain days in the schedule, but we can’t always foresee everything that comes up.
