Engineer Rebate Program

Edens Structural Solutions, LLC realizes the importance of protecting one of your most valuable assets–your home. This is why we strongly recommend that our customers hire an Oklahoma State Board certified Structural Engineer to assess your foundation repair needs and recommended repair solutions.

An engineer’s report provides unbiased recommendations for repairs and documentation for current or future real estate disclosure.

1. An independent engineer isn’t concerned with how many piers his company needs to sell, they are focused simply on how many are needed to repair the foundation damage. Many foundation repair companies have engineers on staff or try to persuade customers to bypass this critical step. Rest assured this is done for their best interest, not the customers.
2. The report provides a road map for the needed foundation repairs. Most people would never set out on a cross country journey without some sort of navigational device or map. The engineers report provides the exact details and recommendations we need to provide our customers with the BEST foundation repair solution possible.
3. Peace of mind. Foundation damage is a major concern for our customers, and we understand the emotions that are involved in making the decision to pursue the needed repairs. An engineers report will provide a better understanding of the severity of the problem, the available solutions, and a level of education and discernment when selecting a foundation repair company.

Edens Structural believes so strongly in working together with the homeowner and the engineer in an effort to protect your investment that we offer a rebate (up to $300 per engineer’s report) to each of our customers. The structural engineering report must be rendered by an Oklahoma State Board certified engineer within the past 60 days. The rebate will be deducted from the total balance of the requested proposal in the amount indicated below.
